What the waitlist keeps

Four things about you:

  • your email
  • the language you chose
  • the headline you saw
  • the date you signed up

Why we keep it

To send you two emails. One when the Sample Analysis goes live on 15 November 2026. One when Apex Scout launches.

We also use the headline you saw to learn which headline works best.

Legal basis

Your consent, when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept

In the EU. Laravel Cloud hosts the site and the database. Resend sends the emails.

PostHog, in the EU, counts page visits on the server. It uses no cookies and tracks nothing in your browser.

Laravel Nightwatch, in the EU, watches the site for errors and slow pages.

Cookies

Apex Scout sets none on the public pages.

Our host's network (Cloudflare, through Laravel Cloud) sets one security cookie, __cf_bm, to tell people from bots. It lasts 30 minutes and tracks nothing.

How long

Until you leave the list, and at most 12 months after launch.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data.

To leave the list, use the link in any email we send you, or write to hello@apexscout.app.

You can complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority: https://www.cnpd.pt

Selling data
