The rules for using the Apex Scout website and the Scout app. Please read them before you create an account.

## Who we are

Apex Scout is a product of FunnySoft, the trade name of João Paulo Santos, a sole proprietor based in Leiria, Portugal. By using Apex Scout you agree to these terms.

## What Apex Scout is

Apex Scout lists car track days in Europe and gives drivers a place to keep a garage, build a profile and meet other drivers. Browsing the catalog needs no account.

We run the service as we can and may change, pause or stop parts of it. We do not promise that it is always available or free of errors.

## Listings and bookings

Listings come from organizers and public sources, and they can change or be wrong. Check the details with the organizer before you pay or travel.

Booking stays with the organizer. We are not a party to your booking, and we do not run, insure or supervise track days.

## Driving on track

Driving on a track is dangerous. You are responsible for your car, your licence, your insurance and for following the organizer's rules and the instructions of its staff.

Nothing on Apex Scout is professional advice. AI features, including Engineer and Race Optimizer, give suggestions that can be wrong, and the decision to drive or change your car is yours.

## Accounts

Give true information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

## Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you add, such as photos, posts and messages. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you choose and process it as the service needs.

Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. Do not harass other drivers, scrape the service, or try to get around its limits or security. We can remove content that breaks these rules.

## Early access tools

Some tools open to a small group by invitation first. They are unfinished, they can change or end without notice, and we provide them as they are.

## Liability

We provide Apex Scout as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, including from a listing that is wrong, from an organizer's day, or from driving on track.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.

## Changes and law

We change these terms when the service changes, and we update the date at the top. If you keep using Apex Scout after a change, you accept it.

Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
